1. How to order?

Select the style you want, choose your size and quantity, click add to cart, and checkout to place your order.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

1-3 working days

Outside Metro Manila
(Calabarzon, Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao)

2-7 working days

Working days include Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Holidays.

Please expect delays for promos and sale events.

Outside delivery zone locations can take an additional 1-3 days for delivery.

5. How do I track my order?

We will provide the tracking number and website after shipment to get updates regarding your order.

*Please take note that it takes 24-48 hours for the courier to update the tracking information.

6. What if I am not home to receive my items?

The courier will attempt 3 times to deliver your items. If you are not present to receive the items,  the courier will ask your authorized recipient to sign and receive the package on your behalf.

If no one is available to receive the package after the 3rd and final delivery attempt, it will be returned to us.

We will ship back the item once the customer settle the shipping fee.

*Free shipping is valid for the first original shipment only

7. Do you allow JRS/LBC branch pick up?

Yes, just make a request on your order notes. Make sure you'll claim the package within 5 days upon arrival. Otherwise, the courier will return the package to us.

8. What if my order doesn't fit? Do you do returns / exchanges?

Yes, for unused pairs in its original condition and packaging within 7 days.

Kindly fill out our returns form.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs and risk of loss to and from Aztrid.

9. Do you accept refunds?

At the moment, we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method or customer's change of mind. Kindly send back your order to us within 7 days of invoice date for exchange or online store credit.
