The shoes are beautiful and comfortable to wear. However, may I ask if it's possible to exchange them for a different size? Both of my previous orders were size 38, so I ordered this pair in size 38 as well. Unfortunately, this one fits larger and feels loose on my feet. I was wondering if I could exchange this pair for a size 37 instead.
