B1G2 Z-Lilian Bone/Mocha

The Lilian was initially nice! Good color, soft sole, fits me well. But I used it for the Office (tiled floor), I took a ride hailing app to the office so no other possible exposure elsewhere — and not even a few hours, the skin of the shoes was peeling off and at noon, the pad of the right heel came off. Nothing to do because I already used it, though, as they said when I messaged them. Okay. I had pretty good expectations but I guess that just calls for disappointment. I hope they disclose why they have this sale for future customers. Since this Lilian is faux leather, this might have been an old stock and they gave it without notice on possible quality changes. TLDR: It’s not as zlay as they claimed.
