Nice design but not nice material quality

I really like the design and the shoes fit me well. But after one use (2-3 hours in a mall), I noticed when I tried to use it the next day, the material was flaking and there were cracks on the sides that were beginning to show. I raised to customer service if the shoes can be exchanged, but they did not since it's in their policy that worn shoes cannot be exchanged. I did mention that it has been worn only once and just for a few hours. Quality needs improvement. I didn't have problems with the other two pairs, just this one.

Not a fan but still comfortable. I should have bought a different style, It slips on the back of my foot, maybe because the front cover is too short for my shoe length.
