I’m a bit unsure about the Casper Black since I didn’t receive the same model I initially ordered, though they did inform me in advance that it would be changed. As for the Cleo Black replacement, the quality is actually good and well-made; it just wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for in terms of style. Overall, the experience was okay, but I would have preferred receiving the original designs I chose.
